DIRECTOR, FOUNDER OF CCL AND LBP BUILDER
Wayman is a highly accomplished and licensed building practitioner, with an impressive 40+ years in the building industry. Wayman has completed six power stations in New Zealand. Specialising in civil and commercial construction all over the north island of New Zealand. Wayman is the man behind the company, with an extensive knowledge on the building and development of large civil construction around Taupo and New Zealand. Wayman along with him team of highly skilled carpenters have no limit to their abilities in the construction field.
A true local Wayman was born in the Taupo area as his Irish Carpenter Father was building the Ohakuri hydroelectric dam. His whanau originates from the East Coast of New Zealand, Ngati Porou and Te Whanau Apanui iwi. Based now back in his birthplace Taupo, NZ.

MANAGING DIRECTOR AND SHAREHOLDER, ADMINISTRATION
Rachel is the third generation of Connells involved in the building of power stations in Taupo area and Kawerau. She started in 2006 straight out of high school on the Kawerau Geothermal Project and continues to enjoy working in all aspects of the civil construction industry.
Rachel manages the safety, administration and also assists on job sites specialising in excavating and heavy machinery.

Taupo/Reporoa born and bred, Beau takes immense pride in how we change the landscape of our town, how we help benefit the economy here and the people in it.
He is dedicated to driving successful outcomes in the ever changing field of construction. Through his leadership and his guidance to all around him, he is consistently successful in meeting project objectives and surpassing expectations. He sought after a career in the building industry and is a Site Manager, Carpenter, Electrician, Rigger.
